Sprint Training Assessment Process – How Does It Work?

STEP 1

Providing a one on one assessment with Roger Fabri, athletes are put through a series of sprinting and running drills to assess their level of competency and individual performance. These assessments are usually done at either Centennial Park, Hefron Park or ES Marks Running Tracks and take 30 minutes to complete.

STEP 2

At the end of your assesment you will be given a verbal appraisal of where you can go as far as improvement is concerned and consistency required to achieve your goals.

STEP 3

After your positive assessment you will be offered the opportunity to work one on one with the Speed Agility Academy team (depending on staff availability) or alternatively you also have the chance to be put into a training group.
