HOW DOES IT WORK?
Book in an assessment with Roger Fabri. The assessments are held at McKay Oval, Centennial Park most Sundays at 8am. It takes 30 minutes to complete. You will be put through a series of sprinting and running drills that will lead to an assessment of your mechanics.
You will be given a verbal appraisal of areas that will improve your sprinting technique and the training required to achieve your goals.
At end we will be able to give you a clear pathway to improve your speed. That may be either one on one coaching or joining one of our squads.
What to bring
Flat running shoes aka sneaker’s, joggers as well as sprinting spikes or football boots and water.
